Order and Pay by Fax
Please fax your order with address and payment details and fax to (02) 9318 2561.

Shipping Costs

Australia Wide

15% of total invoice value (maximum $30 per order, minimum $5 per order)

Overseas orders

  • Overseas customers do not pay GST. Please contact us for overseas prices or order online
  • We require payment up-font, unless you have an existing credit account with us
  • Bank fees apply to all cheques written in foreign currencies
  • Payments can be made via telegraphic transfer, credit card, or bank cheque in Australian dollars

Postage and Handling will be calculated at checkout based on the following:

  • Orders from within Australia - add 15% of subtotal value. Min $5, max $30
  • Orders from NZ and Asia - add 20%. Min $5, no max
  • Orders from USA/Canada - add 25%. Min $5, no max.
  • Orders from Europe (incl. UK) - add 30%. Min $5, no max

Special deliveries

On application your parcel can be sent via express post (next day delivery to most Australian locations). Prices for this vary depending on the weight of the parcel. Please phone to obtain prices. Orders need to be placed before midday to ensure delivery by the express post system.

Delivery

Items are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after order has been dispatched. Any out of stock items will be noted as such on our site. If we are unable to dispatch goods within 2 working days we will notify you.

Returns

Products may be returned by mail for replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving the goods.
