Become a Protective Behaviours Trainer:

If a person wishes to become a Protective Behaviours trainer in NSW they need to have:

Workplace IV in training and assessing (preferable)
Attended a one or two day workshop
Attend a NSW Train the Trainer workshop
The Train the Trainer workshop does not teach the participant the basics of the Protective Behaviours Program (this needs to have been previously completed in a one or two day workshop). Train the Trainer workshop looks at the wide application of Protective Behaviours and investigates learning needs, presentation and planning skills
Following the Train the Trainer workshop a person may wish to become accredited with Protective Behaviours NSW
